PCG: 800 stranded passenger in Bicol due to TS Glenda

Over 800 passengers were stranded in Bicol ports due to
Tropical Storm “Glenda” (Rammasun), the Philippine Coast Guard said on
Monday.
As of 3 p.m., 941 passengers were stranded – 349 in Tabaco, 35 in Bulan, 21 in Pilar, 406 in Matnog and 30 in Cataingan.
Glenda continued to threaten Bicol as of midday Monday. Signal No. 2 was hoisted in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay and Sorsogon.
The storm is forecast to make landfall in Virac, Catanduanes on Tuesday morning.
